This 27-year-old female patient is new to the practice. Her last cleaning was about 5 years ago and according to her, has no problems bleeding gums. She has light supra and sub calculus deposits with fair plaque control. She has moderate localized inflammation Her tooth number 6 US (13 FDI) is slightly displaced lingually and the pocket measures 6 mm distally. Tooth number 11 US (23 FDI) measures 4 mm distally. Her medical history is clear of any chronic conditions, and she takes no medication regularly.
