This 37-year-old female patient is new to the practice. This is her first dental cleaning. She wishes to fix the brown spots on the cervicals of her front teeth, and she complains of bleeding gums. She has heavy supra and sub calculus deposits and poor plaque control. She has rampant decay. Her medical history is clear of any chronic conditions and she takes no medication.
