This 58-year-old male patient is a long-time patient of the practice. He comes regularly for his cleanings. He has poor plaque control, deep pockets and bleeding. Furthermore, he has multiple implants and many of which are joined. His medical history is clear of any chronic conditions, and he takes no medication.
